The Role of Live-Streaming E-Commerce on Consumers’ Purchasing Intention regarding Green Agricultural Products

Live-streaming e-commerce has boosted the marketing vitality and possibilities of green agricultural products. However, academic research on this emerging method remains insufficient. To fill literature gap, paper examines whether live-streaming gained consumers’ trust strengthened their intention to purchase On basis a review, in paper, we establish an evaluation system for which includes information quality, service telepresence, social presence assumes that high-quality will increase and, thus, strengthen intention. Altogether, 726 valid questionnaires were collected, structural equation modeling (SEM) stepwise regression used analyze data. The results demonstrate five aforementioned dimensions quality as criteria positively impact trust. findings provide suggestions green-product companies how improve enhance realize economic value.
